Run a marketplace on Shopify without giving every vendor access to the store admin, and settle their earnings automatically.

What we did

An embedded app with a separate vendor portal: product submission with operator approval, order splitting by vendor, per-vendor commission tiers, and payout statements generated from settled orders.

Outcome

Vendors self-serve their own listings and fulfilment. The operator's monthly reconciliation is a report instead of a week of work.
